Hi,
My app website’s url (www.upwordnotes.com) has been flagged as malware or spam, and now I can’t tweet the link even though I have a large marketing plan & spend already committed for next week. We absolutely respect Twitter rules and did not break any =(. We only launched the product last week, and got a lot of press that was tweeting our link - is that why it got flagged? Or maybe a competitor maliciously flagged our link as spam even though it isn’t?
I also checked the google malware scanner, as Twitter suggests, and Google says our site is clean.
Can someone please advise on how to get this malware flag removed asap?? I submitted a ticket a few days ago to Twitter (ticket #00193084) and have heard nothing back besides their auto-reply confirmation of receipt.
Has anyone else had this problem? How did you get it resolved?
