Help - "no meta tags found" error

I think I posted my original question in the wrong category I recently switched my website from Siteground to Bluehost, and am using a Divi Theme. I use Yoast for SEO, and have it set up as per their instructions, but I haven’t been successful in creating a Twitter card. The most recent error is “no meta tags found”, although the page is fetched successfully. I double checked and my “Add Twittter card meta data” is enabled in Yoast. Not sure what the problem is. The URL I’m working with now is http://smmceachern.com/?p=4527&et_fb=1 I appreciate whatever help you can give me!

When I fetch that URL I see a page not found error. Other pages on your site appear to be ok.
