sigh this is embarrassing. First time on here and I was trying to create something as a personal project and when applying I accidentally applied to the wrong account without me noticing. It was only until me starting to get the credentials that somethings felt off

Is there any way to transfer developer account from one account to another? ie removing developer account from one account (the one I’m typing on) to another intended account

Maybe, but it really doesn’t matter - the owner account can be any account, you can authenticate a different account with twurl GitHub - twitter/twurl: OAuth-enabled curl for the Twitter API and get the keys there instead of the dashboard.
