I’m a premium API user and the @TwitterSupport messaging service is down when I have a time-sensitive question about this paid API service account. HELP! Is there a number to call or email to email? No one has contacted me from https://help.twitter.com/forms and it has been over a week.

@andypiper, it is an account problem but there appears to be no method for contacting a customer service rep available to me right now since support is down and I’ve received no contact after filling a form out.

It’s a billing question about my account. I wanted to switch to the full-archive for this month instead of the 30-day but the renew went through on the 30-day and it won’t let me switch without incurring the full charge and keeping my 30-day.
