Height of embedded timeline incorrect when viewing in compatability mode in internet explorer

My embedded timeline has a height set of 320px.

This displays correctly in all browsers but in internet explorer in compatabilty mode the height of the widget is greatly reduced to probably around 100px.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

We have the same issue. As per observations, the issue is sometimes intermittent. The height of the widget of our site becomes ~75px only on IE7, IE8 Compatibility and IE9 Compatibility On. Please help. We noticed this issue already 5 days ago.

We put out fixes for IE Compatibility Mode at the end of last week, so the widgets should have a proper height.
