Having issues with hitting capacity during Twitter chats that I'm moderating; suddenly going dark (403 error codes). Help!

I moderate the #PRprochat once a month, often participate in other chats and am a heavy Twitter user. During three chats in the last 5 weeks (once for #NPPRSA where I was a guest speaker, and the last two #PRprochat’s (formerly #PhxPR), I’ve been cut off due to 403 limitations.

Is there a way to adjust this? It is SO bad to be moderating, then suddenly disappear from the chat!!
