Having difficulties with conflicting streams with AAAPI

Hi we have applied for a developer account on twitter and have yet to receive a response on the status of my application. Can we please receive some sort of update?

For some background. We have a twitter solution.
We will at all times run two instances of this twitter solution, one for our live production environment and another for our development/testing environment.
This solution uses both the Premium Account Activity API (for direct messages) and the filtered streams API.

We have purchased a Premium AA API with the twitter account @CGChirp. This allows us two environments for the Account Activity API, however this means that we have to use the same backened twitter developer account for both development and production instances to ensure we can use the new AA direct messaging API endpoints. However by running two instances of our solution, we get a filtered stream conflict which means that running our development solution instance invariably “breaks” the filtered streams connection of our production solution instance. Obviously this is unacceptable, hence our urgency of requiring this application to be passed ASAP.

We retired the standard beta AAAPI DM Only product on August 16th. The only available AAAPI products are now the premium and enterprise products. You can learn more about this here:

Are you running into specific error messages? If so, can you please provide the exact messages and codes here?

It sounds like you might be using the same webhook URL for both of your environments. I’m pretty sure you have to use different webhook URLs for your different environments.

Obviously this is unacceptable, hence our urgency of requiring this application to be passed ASAP.

Chances are your application will not be approved since you already have one. You should be able to do everything you need with a single account.
