Have an alert if having new tweet

Hi,

I create an html page for our software.
I would like to have an alert if there were new tweet from the last time I load my page. Something like a button become red and I redirect to our twitter page when clicking on the button.

Can I have a solution to get the number of tweet for an account ? So I can store locally the number of tweet and check if the number is different from the last time I check.

You’d need to build an app of your own to do that. You could use the REST API to check for new Tweets from your account and change the state of your page when that happens.
