Getting User Screen Name with EmailAddress using API

Hi,
Is there any process to find the user screen name by known email address Using Oauth API
I have an emailid like "*******@gmail.com"
If i send this emailid as input using api i need the user screen name
Is there any chance to get this using API
If possible help me!

This is not available in the public API.
