Getting unauthorized client error with Ads API

Hi,
i am getting

     {"errors":[{"code":"UNAUTHORIZED_CLIENT_APPLICATION","message":"The client application making this request does not have access to this API"}],"request":{"params":{}}}socialuserX-Rate-Limit-Limit=2000&X-Rate-Limit-Remaining=1996

this error while accessing my ad account through twitter ads api

Endpoint user==>https://ads-api.twitter.com/0/accounts
