I currently have a simple API search:
https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json?q=$tag+filter%3Avideos&result_type=recent&count=100
But it’s picking up lots of ReTweets. Is there anyway I can filter these out and only get the originals?
Try adding “-filter:retweets” to your search query - should work.
