Getting started with Streaming API

I am new to the Twitter API and was wondering how I could get streaming working for things such as home, mentions, direct messages, search and user timelines in my C# WPF app. I apologise for my bland question but I have no direction as to how to get streaming working.

First you’ll need to register an application at https://dev.twitter.com/apps

Then you’ll want to read up on [node:6345]. This is the API that streams data around a specific authenticated user. The data it streams can then be interpreted to belong to different buckets/concepts, like a home timeline or mentions timeline. It’s kind of up to you to interpret the messages you get and decide how you want to treat them.

My Account always give me twitter rate limit. Why.?
