I’m trying to figure out how to have a user authorize my Twitter application to send tweets on their behalf. The only discussion I’ve been able to find that discusses this is https://dev.twitter.com/discussions/9574. However this thread is referencing API v1.0 which is deprecated. I also found https://dev.twitter.com/discussions/11595 which mentions a flow of /oauth/access_token /oauth/authenticate /oauth/authorize /oauth/request_token. However if I try to access /oauth/access_token I get back a page that says that that page doesn’t exist. My exact URL that I’m using is https://api.twitter.com/1.1/oauth/access_token. Does anyone know why I’m getting this error and can someone tell me if the four REST calls I mentioned above are correct for getting a token for a user having authorized my application?
