Getting internal error when attempting to create (register) an application

I am trying to create an app to support OAuth login. I get an error message “internal error” when I try to save my application settings.

they asked for putting my mobile phone number. i have put the nums and i got approved. good luck !

Ah yes, the “Internal Error” is gone now, and I now see the mobile number activation error. I was able to create the application after giving my mobile number.
