Getting {"errors":[{"message":"Could not authenticate you","code":32}]} in response for Search/tweets API

I am facing an issue with Twitter v1.1 Search/Tweet API “https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json”.
I am able to get the response from Verfiy_Credentials but while accessing the Search/Tweets API i got the following issue:
{“errors”:[{“message”:“Could not authenticate you”,“code”:32}]}
Can anyone please help me out?

[node:204] provides some useful tips. Check how the characters you’re using as query terms are being encoded – usually the culprit with something like this.
