Getting error [message] => Over capacity [code] => 130

Hello,

I am using php rest api to fetch the followers, I have 212K followers, my code works well for 20K and then it started showing an error [message] => Over capacity [code] => 130.

Please help me to sort out this issue. I am stuck in between.
