Getting an error when trying to run a campaign

Hi I am new and not a programer but able to follow instruction very well.

Can I be guided on possible issues which could be causing this error.

Can you provide more detail on the request/response you’re seeing? Specifically, the endpoint you’re trying to call would help.

I got things to work. For some reason it was Firefox creating the issue. I switched to using Google Chrome, deleted the plugin and remove the mysql fields and re-install the plugin and all works fine.
