Getting 500 Internal server error when trying to create a media creative

Hi,

when i am trying to create a new media creative in sandbox that is in “https://ads-api-sandbox.twitter.com/” getting 500 internal error could you please help us the root cause and solution for this.

Thanks for reaching out. Are you seeing consistent 500s or is it intermittent? Additionally, it would be helpful for us to have the entire request and response bodies, constructed via twurl. We should be able to investigate further on our end, once we have those details.
