Getting 420 error for all of my all apps with streaming?

I have created multiple apps for my developer’s account. Earlier I used only one app to perform streaming with TweePy 3.5.0. Everything was fine till one day it started showing 420 error. I waited for the 15 min calm to reopen but that didn’t seem to work, I tried resetting the token for the app but it didn’t work. I worked up all the options for other apps as well but nothing worked. Please guide through.
In case if there is a possibility of apps being blocked by twitter then please help on how to unblock it.

You should only be using a single streaming connection or you may find that your apps are restricted or that an IP may be blocked. We can’t help you with individual apps through the forums, you’ll need to open a ticket with our platform support team and request assistance here.
