my client wants to setup twitter login so i used rest api and official tutorial but i am not able to login or gets the authorized access page but only blank response.
i checked logs and it says 403 forbidden.

You’ll need to provide more information - what language / library are you using? etc. What tutorial did you follow? Your own browser and OS rarely matters - it’s what’s on the server that counts.
