This is not directly possible. The best way to accomplish this is to retrieve the user’s timeline (up to 3,200 tweets) and then extract which ones match the hashtags you’re looking for – hashtags are easy to locate in the entities/hashtags nodes.
Another way, but more time-bound to tweets in the last week or so, is to use a search query such as “from:username #hashtag”
