Get TWTRTweets from TweetView, TimelineViewController, or DataSource?

Dear Developers,

Is there any way to get the TWTRTweet from the TWTRTweetView? If not, how might one get tweets from a TWTRTimelineViewController or TWTRTimelineDataSource?

I would like to know what tweets my TimelineViewController contains, but I haven’t found a way to access them after making a call on the original data source. E.g.

let dataSource = TWTRCollectionTimelineDataSource(collectionID: “576828964162965504”, APIClient: client)

Hope that is clear.

Best,
Mike

Basically, it seems that if you use a TWTRTimelineDataSource you lose your data to the view, and have no way of getting it.

This question still has not been answered. It would be an incredible convenience if any of this were possible. @bonnell Any clues?

Thanks,
Mike

Hey @wintersRM4,

You’re correct that it’s not an option currently, but after your thread and some internal conversations, we’re discussing making this an option in a future SDK release. Want me to keep you updated on it?
