Get twitt ID from embeded URl

Hi,

I want to embed the tweet in my native app. To do that I have to parse weeb content. So, I get embeded twitt URL and from there I want to use REST API to get Content. Is there any way to do that?

I’m stuck because the number in the end of this tweet is not tweet ID:

The number at the end of the Tweet URL is indeed the Tweet ID.
