Get tweets by location?

I am trying to get all tweets from my area. My locations endpoint parameter consist of 2 Coordinates object, first Southwest and second northeast points.
Instead of tweets from my area, stream returns all tweets. Looks it doesnt work for tweets without coordinate field. Is it?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Are you still experiencing difficulties when trying to gather Tweets by location?

Could you please share the actual API URL that you use with your parameters, and the JSON results that you get? It will help us investigate your issue. Also, make sure each point of your bounding box is an array in the form of [longitude, latitude].
