Get replies like in web interface

Hi all,

I know that there are several similar questions but they all did not get a satisfying answer so maybe they asked for something different. If you klick on a tweet in the web interface you get answers to that tweet.

I’m developing for several years now a twitter client for Commodore Amiga based platforms (Amiga OS 3, 4 and MorphOS) called twittAmiga and now want to include that feature. I’m pretty sure there is an API call for that as this is one of the most important features in the web interface today. Thx in advance!

Is there a API to fetch the conversation, as seen in “View Conversation” feature in twitter.

And as mentioned there, I get an error when trying to use this. So, I believe there is a way to enable this call for specific registered apps?

hey, im a student from chile trying to learn how to use tweepy correctly but im failing in my streaming part, suddenly stop working, i wanted to create a program to get tweets about accidents in real time and report them in a json, can i have a peek at your streaming code?

Unfortunately there’s still no way to get tweet replies and conversation threads with the API.
