Get organic tweets within a date range (from start date to end date)

I want to get all the tweets for an account, the problem is within the organic tweets.

I tried a number of ways, using the scoped timeline did not help cause it is not related to date range nor allow retrieving all the tweets.
Using the synchronized endpoint hit the rate limit easily.

So is there any way to get the account organic tweets asynchronized or synchronized without hitting the rate limit?

This is a line can be found in the scoped timline, combining these two endpoints would allow me to get the organic tweets.

How could I use these two endpoints to continue each other as one uses “max_id” and the other “cursor”?
