Get latest tweets from user_timeline with exclude_replies

I’m trying to get the latest tweets from user_timeline and exclude the replies. By the way, I cannot get the tweets I want to and sometimes I get only most recent. Have any way to get N most recent tweets and exclude replies?

I want to only the most recent tweets excluding replies, retweets, etc.

No you can’t get an exact number of tweets. The parameter “count” should be taken as a limit rather than an actual count since the removal of replies, retweets, etc is done after the db request. Although the response should be relatively close to the count you supply.
