Is there a way to find out if twitter account is business or personal using APIv1.1?

Twitter accounts are just Twitter accounts, with verified accounts really being the only type of special case for an account. Since there’s no way to reliably indicate whether an account is business or personal, you would have to derive this status your self from signals you found reliable.
