Get IDs of users that replied and favorited a specific tweet

I’ve been looking days for a way to do this but I’m not finding it. So I’m writing here to be sure that it cannot be done or not. I’m using Node.js.

From a tweet ID you can get fav_count and the retweet_count but not the number of replies.
So is there anyway to get the ID’s of all the users that replied or favorited an specific tweet in real time or using the REST API?

Unfortunately not, there’s no way to get the number of replies to a Tweet from the API today. There’s also no good general way to capture all the replies to a given Tweet either.

However, if you can log in as the user who authored the Tweet, you can connect to a User Stream for the user and receive real-time notifications of replies and favorites.
