Is it possible to collect what was the trend list for a location at a specific date? Or for example, get the daily trend for a location for the past year?

No, there’s no API for historical trends. We are looking at future v2 Trends support (per the roadmap) and this is a good time to explore our Developer Feedback site and provide your input to the product team as to what you would like and how you would use such a feature in your apps.
