Get all followers(complete user object) and their tweets

Hi All,
Is it feasible to get all followers(as complete user object) and 10 tweets of all those followers for users with followers count close to 50 lacs.Also a single user can add different twitter names for which we have to grab the followers(as complete user object) and their last 10-20tweets.
