Get a tweet's creation date( the date and time when it was created)

I want to get a tweet’s creation date i.e. the date and time when it was created.
I am using “getCreatedAt()” but it is returning the date and time at which the tweets are being retrieved which happens to be the current time. What to do?

what about timestamp_ms available in the tweet object?
