Generate Signature?

Hello, i am trying to make a request and when i generate a 32char string and i use the now timestamp, as nonce and timestamp, it doesn’t work.

Is there a link between these 2 variables or anaything else?

EDIT: Finally, i think it’s due to my Oauth_signature. Do you know how to generate it?
