Generate OAuth Token using Javascript

I am using Ads Api “https://ads-api.twitter.com/4/stats/accounts/account_id?entity=CAMPAIGN”
I can access my api using postman.
Can anyone help with the code to generate Outh token in javascript.

You should try one of OSS JS OAuth libraries such as:

npm

OAuth 1.0a Request Authorization for Node and Browser.
