My account has been locked because my landing page has a gate on it. My landing page leads to two pages, a patient page and a doctor page. The patient page does not have a gate, but the doctor’s page has a gate because Health Canada* requires healthcare professionals to enter their licence number before accessing information that is geared towards healthcare professionals rather than consumers.
We have run campaigns with similar landing page setups in the past for our pharmaceutical clients and never had an issue. Is there any way we could receive an exception? Does anybody have any advice on how to handle this issue?
*Note: Health Canada is a regulatory body of the Canadian federal government (equivalent to the FDA in the United States).
