Hi team,

Good morning. Is it possible to add funding instruments with different currencies within a single account? If so, in which currency will the ads be charged?

Yes, it absolutely is possible! Funding instruments are created by the account teams here at Twitter. All billing will occur in the currency of the linked funding instrument, which is associated with a campaign object.
