Funding instrument status clarification

Hi there!

I have a few questions regarding funding instruments, please:

1. When does the field cancelled get to true? Is it by user action, or by Twitter Staff action?
2. The same question for the field paused.
3. Does the field updated_at change only when the user edits the funding instrument and its details change, or does it also change when one of the fields cancelled, paused, able_to_fund change?
