A customer has brought to our attention a missing tweet:

We are able to get the message back when we use the following curl:

However, we do not get the tweet back when we just use a hashtag from the quoted tweet, replacing the gnip query above with (#bcsm). If we expand the time range with the #bcsm query, however, we are able to get back other retweets of the original tweet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
