I have been using full archive for a while now, and I have encountered an interesting issue which has cost me a lot of requests and money. For some reason, a lot of tweets in the 2010 period have a ‘created_at’ attribute of November 4, 2010. For example, tweet 28943150032 was posted on October, but the API says it was posted “2010-11-04 01:43:01”. There are several thousand tweets like this. What gives?
