Full Access with Twitter Advertiser API

Hi All,

Im new here, sorry if my english in not well. I have a question about Twitter API. I’ve already used that but the rate limit from twitter make me stuck. Can I get full access twitter api? like get gender, email or disappear the rate limit. If I can, how to do that?..

The Ads API is private and access is granted to companies individually. For more information on the program and to apply for access, please see Ads API Overview.

If you have already been approved for access, please let me know your company’s name and I can look into this.
