Hi,
I am running a campaign to automatically follow the brand account when a user enters by Twitter login, but the following error has occurred.
“You are unable to follow more people at this time. Learn more here.”

I think that this is due to the new reduced POST limits introduced on 10/22, but since we need to follow more than 1000 users per day at the moment, we would like to release the reduced POST limits.

Note that your account is still subject to the account follow limits described in the support documentation (the first link in your post). That is something that cannot be adjusted by applying for elevated POST access - it is the way the platform works for all users.
