For the synchronous analytics api can we change the time limit between the starttime and endtime from 7days to such a way that it shows the details from the time the entity was created?

Thanks for reaching out. Currently, for the synchronous analytics, the maximum time range specified is 7 days.

Can I verify if you are asking if it is possible to increase the time range to more than 7 days?

Thanks for the quick response. Yes ,I was checking to increase the time range to more than 7 days or from the time the entity was created.

Hello,

Unfortunately, for synchronous analytics, the maximum time range is 7 days. However, you can use the asynchronous analytics endpoint.

It allows up to 45 days (segmented) to check on the details of the entity. For more details on the difference between Asynchronous and Synchronous, you can refer to this documentation.
