For how long is Twitter Ads data restated/updated?

What is the window that Twitter Ads data can be restated/updated? E.g. if I pull 8/14/2017 data on 8/21 AND again on 8/28 could it potentially change?

One of clients noted their Twitter rep. said it is 14 or 15 days. That seems to be a lot - can someone please confirm or deny this?
