Following and unfollowing

I need help, my twitter for 2 days have had un-normal amount of followers and its been following accounts like crazy, then i discover that it was a third-party application, that I didn’t not authorize. And now a can’t follow anymore accounts. Can some one help, it’s says that unable to follow more people at this time, to learn more click here. and its frustrating me. a lot. HELP

Have you been suspended? if so you need to contact @support and file an appeal for agressive following and explain how the 3rd party app committed said violation and the fact that you are innocent http://support.twitter.com/forms
