Followers targeting reach estimate not calculated correctly

Hi all,

We are calculating the reach estimate usgin the GET accounts/:account_id/reach_estimate endpoint

We are targeting Interests Sci-fi and fantasy that is returning the reach of about 10.68M, when we calulate the rech for the targeting that has Interests and Followers (for the followers we are using id of our dev account that has 0 followers) we still get 10.68M. So we do not know if followers affect the reach estimate or not.

Interests and Followers are "Primary" Types when it comes to targeting, and as per our docs here (scroll down to Targeting Criteria Combinations to see what I am referring to) “Primary” Targeting Types will get ∪‘d (i.e. put in a logical union).
