Followers and Following gone after suspension

My account have been suspended last night (for spamming #Happy25thTaeYeonDay) , and I only found out this morning and I’ve unsuspended it.
But after I’ve unsuspended it, I found that my following and followers are gone. Is it a bug? Or can it be fixed?
