Follow button

Hi guys,

Why the Follow button has a margin or padding on the left? I can not centered it properly in my website because this fricking and unnecessary padding/marging…is it possible to remove it?

And another thing…why is not possible to edit the text of the button? I just want my username to appear, but I can’t remove the word “Follow” from the button, which is quite annoying BTW.
