Follow Button Appearing as Text

I am new to using Twitter and want to create a Follow Button to insert onto my website. I have used the button creator page to generate the html code but when I insert it onto the page it only appears as text:

Follow @eternadirect

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have got it working now. I had put the script section in the wrong place.
