Flash video choppy (Explorer only) when embedding timelines using Twitter widget

When embedding a Twitter timeline using the Twitter for website widgets - widget.js, Flash video playback is choppy. This however is not the case when using Chrome or Firefox.

A example with the widget (choppy video)

Without the Twitter timeline (video is smooth)

Any idea as to why this might be - workarounds for IE ?
