Filters on Streaming API

Do the filters on the filtered streaming API work in combination or separately? For example, if I filter by my username handle and also keywords, will I see both tweets by me OR containing the keywords, or only tweets by me AND containing the keywords?

The track and follow fields should be considered to be combined with an OR operator. track=foo&follow=1234 would return Tweets matching “foo” OR created by user 1234.

Not via request parameters. You should do such additional filtering in your client code.
